To Access The System:

You call the 800 toll-free number from any phone in the world.

| 2. |
You speak your user name and password or enter them using the keypad when prompted. |
| To Receive Messages: |
| 1. |
You voice-command the system or use the keypad to instruct it to read any incoming messages.
|
| 2. |
Messages are read to you in the order they were received. |
| 3. |
Each message is prefaced with the name and e-mail address of the sender and the date and time of receipt, at which time you can elect to hear, skip or delete the message using voice commands or the keypad. |
| 4. |
After hearing a message, you can elect to replay, delete, save, forward, or reply to it using voice commands or the keypad. |
| To Send Messages: |
| 1. |
You voice-command the system or use the keypad to instruct it to prepare a message for sending. |
| 2. |
You dictate the message. |
| 3. |
You instruct the system using voice commands or the keypad to: |

a. Select voice or text format
b. Send to e-mail, fax or beeper
c. Indicate the recipient and their e-mail address or number
(This can be dictated on the spot or you can select from pre-programmed selections listed in your Speed Dial preferences. Each of these programmed selections can represent individual or multiple destinations.) |
| To Receive Replies: |
| 1. |
When someone receives a message from you that you sent using the VoiceInM@il System, they can reply as they normally would to any e-mail message or page. |
| 2. |
Their reply is sent through to the VoiceInM@il System where it will be transferred to a voice message, if necessary, and will be available the next time you call into the system to check your messages. |
